Presentation of your property
We never underestimate the importance of excellent photography, which is why we only use an experienced property photographer with state of the art equipment to shoot all of our properties (where appropriate) to capture your property in it’s best possible light, and in some cases drone photography (where appropriate). Unlike some agencies, we focus on capturing imagery that’s true to life and avoid the use of wide lensed cameras. It’s all part of our honest approach and helps to avoid buyer disappointment as soon as they walk through the door.
Gone are the days when floor plans were a ‘nice to have’. They’re now a necessity. Whilst you always want footfall through the door, you don’t want time wasters – a problem which our detailed 2-D or 3-D floor plans can solve.

We list your property on all of the major property portals, such as Rightmove, Zoopla, On The Market and Prime Location, to ensure your property reaches maximum exposure to a nationwide audience, as well as the London market, but we don’t just stop there. We are constantly interacting with our database of buyers and mailshotting them relevant properties that match their search criteria’s. Our mobile friendly website also lets buyers find your property on the go, and receive property alerts every time a relevant property is listed.
Viewings and feedback
Viewings will be carried out by one of our experienced sales team, who will be fully briefed on all aspects of your property, so that they have full knowledge. They are always on hand for any viewings, making sure they highlight the property’s best features and giving full details on what the surrounding area offers. Feedback will always be passed on so you are kept fully informed.
